Paint Correction

This is a light, single-stage correction focused on enhancing gloss and light swirls rather than removing measurable defects. It does not remove sanding marks, deeper scratches, or significant etching. The result is a noticeable improvement in shine and smoothness.

A two-step procedure uses a stronger cutting compound and tool/pad combo to first break down imbedded scratches and more aggressive swirl patterns, followed by a finishing polish to perfect the surface to a high-gloss finish. This stage is the primary recommendation for cars that seek that shine without going over budget, even though not every scratch may be removed.

The most intensive correction level available (other than wet sanding). It requires multiple tools, pads, compounds, and passes, all executed with panel-by-panel precision. This level demands more than just a basic understanding of paint correction; it also requires knowing the paint thickness (in mils or microns) of each vehicle so you can determine exactly how much clear coat can be safely removed without risking burn-through the vehicle paint. This service is reserved for vehicles with severe paint damage such as deep scratches, heavy oxidation, or sanding marks or for owners who demand the closest possible result to a factory-fresh finish.
