WHY DO HEADLIGHTS FOG UP?

Headlight lenses are made of polycarbonate plastic. Over time UV rays break down the outer coating, causing oxidation that turns the lens yellow, cloudy, or hazy or, even worse, forming sun cracks. Leaving water spots, bird droppings, or other road chemicals and heat all speed up the process, and once it starts, it only gets worse.

WHY MY SERVICE IS THE FIX

What I do is identify the best level of sanding method to completely remove the oxidation completely, polish to optical clarity, and then seal the lens with a UV ceramic coating that actually protects it long-term. One service, done right.
